 Maui captured my heart in December. As many of you know, the Hawaiian spirit lives in my bones. My father, grandparents, great-grandparents and great great grandparents were all born there. I feel the sense of Aloha and ease every time I am there.

But, Maui! Maui captivated my heart. It was like my most beloved grandmother was giving me a hug the whole time. The water enveloped me, I floated every day. Taking in the subtle medicine of these healing waters. It was my first time to Maui and I could not be more delighted that this most pristine place known as Lumeria happens to be there! Lumeria is where our next “MMmmmmmm” Retreat will be held. MMmmmmm stands for “moon, meditation, movement” and there is a special practice that helps us embody this delicious sound. Hence, the name for our annual women’s retreat officially became MMMmmm retreat as of last year while we retreated together in Mexico. 

I am delighted to officially announce this retreat to all you women, yes this retreat is only for women. And, I am even more excited to share that a very special guest teacher will be joining me to lead a number of our instinctive meditation practices. Here name is Diana Guest and she is a special one indeed!
