Build strength, flow with confidence and begin your weekend feeling enlivened from the inside out. This is a great practice for those looking for a stronger, more challenging class. We use props such as resistance bands, sand-bags and our own body weight to encourage balanced strength and as we move through a slow flowing sequence.

Lengthen + Strengthen
A co-taught balanced practice combining passive and active stretching with foundational strength building and functional range conditioning. 40 minutes of Yin Yoga, 40 minutes of strength building movements weaved into a slow flow and 10 minutes of rest and rejuvenation to round out this beautifully harmonizing class. Each week we alternate focuses from the upper body to lower body. Attend weekly for balanced strength and opening throughout your entire body.

Yoga Asana (poses) and Functional Movement weaved together into a slow flowing hour-long practice. Leave feeling awake, refreshed and connected with your entire body.
Learn how to move more parts of yourself more often and walk away with techniques to thread into your everyday movement patterns such as walking, standing and sitting.
