Farrell is driven to create a welcoming space where students can explore and cultivate their own practice with a spirit of levity, open-heartedness and compassion. With a foundation in Iyengar, her classes provide a framework of structure and alignment but also emphasize intuitive movement and play.  

She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Boston Yoga School and has had the opportunity to teach and study across Australia and New Zealand over the past several years. Aa an avid sailor and ocean lover, she also seeks to weave themes and lessons of the sea into all of her teaching.
