I love to think of stages or phases or what you can call rhythms. What do I want to be with for the next 2 weeks? What would feel helpful to embody over the next season? Then to incorporate daily check-in flows with these thoughts/ideas.

Hi everyone! I am back from retreating in Mexico with a magnificent group of women and excited to begin our spring session of movement, breath-work and instinctive meditation.

There is 1 spot left in our Tuesday morning spring session. We begin at 8am. These sessions are filled with movement, breath-work and instinctive meditation techniques all weaved together around a perfectly curated playlist. It’s my current favorite way to teach all that I do!
