Allyson Rugge

Ally is an Embodiment Practitioner with a background in collegiate athletic training, emotional health counseling, therapeutic dance, and both Yin and Hatha Yoga. She offers a range of skills, techniques and invitations through her movement practices to facilitate the art of slowing down to tune-in. She believes intentional movement is crucial to our health where ‘on-the-go’, ‘busy’ and ‘burn-out’ have become the norm.

She loves creating classes that work with natural rhythms and forms, in order to support the needed balance of rest, work, personal time, and play that are at the heart of being human.
